Noni’s Crown Services – Salon Policy At Noni’s Crown Services, we strive to provide a professional, relaxing, and uplifting experience for every client. In order to ensure fairness to both our clients and our stylists, we kindly ask that all guests review and adhere to the following policies: Appointments & Scheduling All services are by appointment only. We encourage clients to schedule in advance to secure their preferred time. Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service cost. In the event of a no-show, the same 50% fee will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. All cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
